Mr. Randy Klapstein
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Klapstein has over thirty years of experience in the real estate development industry, beginning his career in the residential construction and drywall business in Edmonton, Alberta. Under Mr. Klapstein’s guidance, Carlisle has grown to be one of the largest multi-family developers in Western Canada. Mr. Klapstein believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to enjoy home ownership and invest in their future. To fulfill that passion, he recognized a need to offer quality, practically priced homes to first-time buyers, young professionals, empty nesters and seniors.
Mr. Brian J. Stoddard, CA
President & Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Stoddard is a Chartered Accountant with over thirty years of business experience. Mr. Stoddard attended Acadia University where he obtained an undergraduate degree in business administration. Mr. Stoddard has also completed the Executive Leadership Program at the Niagara Institute. Prior to joining Carlisle in 2006, Mr. Stoddard was a senior partner with Grant Thornton LLP, an international professional services firm. At Grant Thornton, Mr. Stoddard served in several capacities including a three year term on the firm’s Policy Board, the governing body of Grant Thornton.
Mr. Patrick Egli, CGA
Vice President, Accounting & Administration
Mr. Egli joined Carlisle in 2010 and is a Certified General Accountant with over twenty years of finance experience. His past experiences have included senior positions in several industries, including oil and gas services, manufacturing and commercial banking, within both public and private ownership structures. Mr. Egli also has extensive experience with information systems and human resource services management. He is currently the Chairman of the CGA Alberta Continuing Professional Development Committee and has served in this role over the past five years.
Mr. Jim Mackey
Vice President of Development
Mr. Mackey entered the construction industry twenty-five years ago in Calgary. Mr. Mackey is a graduate of the Architectural Technologies graduate program of the Northern Alberta Institute of Technologies. He has been with the Carlisle Group for 14 years. Mr. Mackey is an active member with the Calgary Home Builders Association and sits on the Multi-Family Committee, which is an active committee communicating with regulating authorities on policy to improve relations and industry interaction.
Ms. Colleen Critchley
Development Manager
Ms. Critchley started in the development industry in 2002. She has considerable experience in architecture, construction and development. Ms. Critchley is a graduate of the Architectural Technologies Program of the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. She has continued her education at Simon Frasier University for Urban Design and Mixed Use Centers at the University of Philadelphia. She is currently completing her Business Administration Degree at Mount Royal University. Ms. Critchley is an active volunteer and has sat on numerous committees, participated as a high level athlete and coach, as well as a volunteer for both the Vancouver Olympics and Paralympics.
Mr. Chad Hamilton
Construction Manager
Mr. Hamilton started in the construction industry after graduating from the University of Alaska Fairbanks with a degree in Business Management and Corporate Organization in 2001. He has been directly involved with multi-family construction since 2003 and has gained considerable experience with regards to building envelope, building codes / regulation, quality control, construction scheduling and architecture. Through continuing education, Mr. Hamilton has completed numerous safety courses, as well as building envelope and design seminars. Prior to joining the work force, Mr. Hamilton enjoyed a stint as a professional athlete and was actively involved in volunteer work and a mentor for Big Brothers and Big Sisters.Behind every company is a senior management team that provides the vision and expertise.
