How it works…

This program applies only to new Pointe of View Developments’ sales in Bridlecrest Pointe or Panorama Pointe* in Calgary, Alberta for purchase agreements written and accepted between June 25, 2008 and July 31, 2008. The mortgage financing for the agreement must be obtained through our preferred lender BMO (Bank of Montreal) and the buyer must meet all required mortgage financing qualification criteria.

Upon closing of your new Pointe of View home in accordance with the Purchase Agreement, Pointe of View will give you 12 equal payments to go towards the payment of your mortgage, condo fees and property taxes to a maximum of 8.75% of the purchase price of your Pointe of View condominium home.

Limited to the First 10 Purchasers in either Bridlecrest or Panorama Pointe between June 25, 2008 and July 31, 2008.

An Example…

Based on a Purchase Price of $250,000, with 5% down and a mortgage based on a 5.75% interest rate for a 3 year term amortized over 40 years the monthly mortgage payments would be approximately $1350 (PI)  per month; condo fees approximately $310; and property taxes approximately $110 – amounting to approximate monthly payments of $1770.

Pointe of View’s monthly contribution, based on the above example would be $1770.

This program cannot be combined with any other Pointe of View Developments’ programs, offers or promotions, and may be discontinued without notice.

3-Year Subsidized Payment Promotion

Up to 3 years subsidized mortgage payments are being offered by Pointe of View Developments on residential unit purchases made in Bridlecrest Pointe or Panorama Pointe developments, based on the following terms:

  • The promotion applies to two bedroom suites and two bedroom plus a den suites.
  • Pointe of View Developments will subsidize the purchaser’s monthly mortgage payments in the form of one cash payment at closing for a sum equal to but not greater than $20,000.
  • The advertised promotion which states monthly payments starting from $799PI (principle and interest) is based on a three (3) year term mortgage with a purchase price of $266,900 plus G.S.T. with conventional mortgage financing from BMO Bank of Montreal (our “Preferred Lender”), amortized over 40 years, OAC, on properties being purchased as a primary residence.

Our Preferred Lender, BMO Bank of Montreal is also offering a reduction off posted rates on mortgages with as low as 5% down, which also qualifies for the payment subsidy promotion offered by Pointe of View Developments, OAC. Note monthly payments based on this financing vary from that advertised.
