Corporately, Randy Klapstein, Chairman and President of the corporation has carefully selected a strong management group to lead the company in one of Canada’s most volatile industries. Pointe of View’s due diligence process includes the evaluation of interest rate forecasts supply and demand statistics and demographics of the surrounding market area.

Pointe of View’s long history as a builder/developer in Western Canada has provided the opportunity for significant growth through solid financial results. By acquiring land and building for the short and medium terms, our developments are completed with a one-year to eighteen-month period.
